Clay, Ball, and White… “OH MY”

"Monte Ball"

Badger fans got a glimpse of what the Badgers “3 Headed” running attack can all do last week against UNLV, this week I think it could even be better. San Jose St. allowed a staggering 257 yards rushing a week ago against Alabama in a 48 3 drubbing. If last week is any indication of what we have to look forward to this weekend, I think it’s fair to say that John Clay, Monte Ball, and James White will all reach 100 yards rushing Saturday. Three isn’t a crowd for this group either as we seen last week that they all seem content with the carries they get, and all three make the most of what they get as well (all three had over 5 yards per carry). All signs point to this being a complete blow out most likely by halftime, but if I were you I’d stick with it until the end to see something that is very rare. Not many teams have two dominating backs, but the Badgers seem to have three. Only John Clay right now can be classified as “dominating”, but from what we seen last week I don’t think it will be long before we throw Ball and White’s name in that category as well. So at halftime when you are ready to walk down the street to the Big 10 Pub and have a beverage, just wait for that cold one and watch James White put on a show in the 2nd half, it will be well worth it.
