Pac-12 Officials Can't Screw Over Wisconsin Badgers Again, Can They?

Just when the Wisconsin Badgers thought they were done seeing Pac-12 officials after the debacle that happened against the Arizona State Sun Devils, think again. The Capital One Bowl announced via Twitter that yes indeed, it will be the Pac-12 that will be officiating the New Year’s Day game.

And then after Badgers fans freaked out (and for obvious reasons) after the announcement, the Capital One Bowl added a bit of humor to the situation as well:

For those wondering, “Dangerous” Danny Davis was a referee in the WWF in the 80’s who favored the villain. Want to know more look it up.

I digress.

Anyways, have no fear Badger fans, I can’t imagine that this officiating crew will do what September’s Pac-12 officials did to the Badgers out in Arizona. How could it? This stage is much, much bigger this time around with many eyes on this game for numerous reasons. Such as this is considered, in my opinion, one of the best non-BCS bowl games around. Also it’s on New Year’s Day, and what is better than watching bowl games from morning to night as you try to recover from the previous night’s activities? Or continue the night’s activities as some may seem fit.

Plus do you think these Pac-12 officials will screw this one up as well, with a big spotlight already going to be on them?

When it’s all said and done though, this game will be called right down the middle as it should be. Everyone including the officials all know what happened once before this season and know there is more riding on the line in this game.
