Michigan State: Brian Allen, OG

We’ll nap another versatile lineman from the state of Michigan for the Badgers.  Allen has experience with the Spartans playing both guard and center.  He could help strengthen the interior of the Wisconsin offensive line for power runs through the A-Gap.  He has 25 starts in 38 career games for Michigan State.  His sophomore and junior years was named a second-team All Big Ten selection.  Wisconsin throws often out of play action.  In addition, Alex Hornibrook has a slow delivery.  That means a nice clean pocket without pressure up the middle is important.  That’s where interior lineman like Allen would be especially useful.
