MADISON, WI – NOVEMBER 18: Kendric Pryor

Kendric Pryor is another sophomore receiver who got some playing time his Freshman year.  He turned that opportunity into 13 receptions for 179 yards and one touchdown.

His biggest game was a three catch, 51 yard outing at Minnesota.  It may not seem like much, but he stepped up when Cephus was forced out for the season with a leg injury.

He also scored his only touchdown of the season against Iowa, but it was a gorgeous catch.

Pryor was a 3-star recruit out of Illinois. He held 13 offers including Iowa and Western Michigan. He also was recruited as a possible defensive back, but so far we are glad that he stuck with wide receiver.

Pryor may not have been involved much, but showed some promise when given the chance.  It seems that he has sure hands and has the athleticism to play both sides of the ball.  Depending on how the spring and early fall go, he probably will line up fourth in the depth chart.
