Wisconsin (16-5) vs. Michigan (13-2) – February14

Here it is. The big rematch Wisconsin basketball fans have been looking forward to since Michigan blew Wisconsin out of the gym in Ann Arbor just a couple of weeks ago. In a game that just got completely out of hand, the Badgers struggled while Wolverines couldn’t make a mistake, which led to a 43-6 run by the Wolverines.

Now the Badgers will be looking for some revenge to prove that they belong in the conversation for the top Big Ten team. I would also expect the Wisconsin coaching staff to come up with a more effective plan to attack the Wolverines.

The Wolverines will be just one game removed from missing three because of a 14-day shutdown. Then they get to play Illinois. Maybe I’m just a little biased, but I think they could still be a little rusty and lose two in a row to Illinois and Wisconsin, dropping them to 13-3 on the season.

Wisconsin (17-5) vs. Iowa (16-5) – February 18

Another big game for the Wisconsin basketball team. Iowa has been a favorite to win the Big Ten all season and has been proving it. They are scoring a massive amount of points, putting up 90.7 points per game, third-most in the entire country.

It will be tough for Wisconsin to slow Iowa down. These teams are both very similar to what they were last year. Wisconsin lost by six in Iowa City in their only meeting. I think Wisconsin can match up well with the Hawkeyes, but Garza will be a problem. Being at home will be a nice advantage for the Badgers, and against the Hawkeyes, the Badgers will look for any advantage they can get.

If the Badgers are going to beat Iowa this year, this is their best chance. Let’s play best case scenario and say the Badgers can slow the Hawkeye’s offense down. The Hawkeyes may score a lot of points, but they also have a tendency to allow a lot of points as well.

I think the Badgers take advantage of home-court advantage and edge the Hawkeyes in a barn-burner.
