What might the 2017 NFL Draft look like if you could only draft ex-Badgers?

This purely hypothetical exercises imagines what the 2017 NFL Draft would look like if every team had to pick only from the deep pool of ex-Wisconsin Badger talent.  Below I’ve listed the rules and factors for consideration in making these picks.

  • Every player must have played at least one season for Badger football
    • so Russell Wilson counts
  • NFL career is factored in to the selection
  • Current NFL team needs are considered
  • No trades are projected because this is hypothetical enough thanks
  • Round 1 only
  • Historical Badgers considered irrespective of size
    • Spoiler: Mike Webster is on the list even though his playing weight during his NFL career might not translate to the modern NFL
