Former Wisconsin Badgers volleyball star Lauren Carlini is living out her dream post-Wisconsin.

Leaving Wisconsin with many accolades and accomplishments, former volleyball star Lauren Carlini is finding great success post-college in her volleyball journey.

Currently training in Anaheim, California with the U.S. Women’s National Team, Carlini continues to get recognition from some of the biggest players in the game in the entire nation.

On Tuesday it was announced that one of the biggest apparel brands in the world, Adidas, would be adding Carlini as one of the faces of their corporations in the volleyball spectrum. The USA Volleyball team officially announced that they would be partnering with Adidas in a multi-year deal.

Although both the women’s and men’s USA volleyball teams have been wearing Adidas for years, this move solidified the company as the No. 1 apparel company of the sports, as the deal was simply an extension or a continuation. This year, Adidas will officially become “the official brand of USA volleyball.”

Carlini, a four-time All-American at Wisconsin, was the more surprising news of the entire move- as the young and recent graduate will now enter a leadership role. Despite the big responsibility, Carlini knows all too well about leadership, having been the voice of the Badgers and the main reason for the team’s ongoing success during her tenure.

“I’m literally living the dream,” Carlini told the Wisconsin State Journal regarding her experiences thus far.

Her dream now keeps getting bigger as she is a part of one of the biggest sports apparel companies and most recognized brands in the world.

Carlini continues to be a huge ambassador for the state of Wisconsin and the University’s athletic program. Stay tuned for her next move as she continues to make notice in the professional volleyball world.
