A Wisconsin Badger from 2011-2015, Dukan excelled in a complementary role, often playing as the sixth man in Wisconsin’s offense. At 6-10, 220 pounds, he’s a tough matchup for the game he plays — as a three point shooter.
Dukan went undrafted, but signed with the Sacramento Kings this summer. He played in just one preseason game for the Kings this year, and knocked down one of his two three point attempts in his 8.5 minutes of play.
That’s probably the role we’ll see Dukan play in the NBA — limited minutes, put of shots and use his length to his advantage.
While Dukan will be buried on the depth chart as an undrafted rookie, there’s always a chance we see the young player sooner rather than later.
His first opportunity will be Wednesday night when the Kings take on the Los Angeles Clippers to open the 2015-16 NBA season.
