Wisconsin Badgers

I smell a big game coming for Wisconsin’s senior quarterback.

One week ago Stave was knocked out of the Illinois game. Everyone saw Bart Houston come into the game and lead the Badgers to a victory, passing efficiently around a pair of interceptions.

Given Stave’s play in the past, many immediately called for him to be benched in favor of Houston, but head coach Paul Chryst stuck with the guy he named the starter many months ago.

Stave is set for a big day, and he’s looking to prove many doubters wrong. So far this season, Stave is 150-for-243 (61.7 percent) with 8 touchdowns and 5 interceptions.

With all the injuries in the running game, and the hot play of someone you’ll see a little later on this list, the Badgers have no reason not to toss the ball around Saturday.

Rutgers defensive backs better get ready for a high-volume day.
