Phillip Welch: Sitting behind only Montee Ball and Ron Dayne, Phillip Welch is the third-leading scorer in Wisconsin history, totaling 384 career points from 2008-2011.

He’s second all-time at UW in career field goals (59 makes), and he hit 207 career extra points, by far the most in school history.

His career .776 field goal percentage (59 of 76) is second best in school history, and his .981 extra point percentage (207 of 211) is the best at UW.

Welch hit a 57-yard field goal in 2009, the second longest kick in school history.

Taylor Mehlhaff: While Phillip Welch put together the best all-around career of a Wisconsin kicker, Taylor Mehlhaff is close behind.

He’s fourth in school history with 295 career points, third with 50 career field goal makes, and second with 145 career extra point makes.

Mehlhaff’s career .769 field goal percentage (50 of 65) is third best in school history, and his .980 extra point percentage (145 of 149) is second best in the school record books.
