#23 Wisconsin vs. #3 Ohio State: October 11, 2003

Wisconsin 17, Ohio State 10

The unlikeliest of heroes made a big play for the Badgers and Wisconsin earned a big victory at home against the Ohio State Buckeyes by a touchdown margin.

That touchdown is one of the most iconic scores in Wisconsin history, as late in the fourth quarter, with starting quarterback Jim Sorgi sidelined after a dirty play when Ohio State linebacker Robert Reynolds intentionally choked him following a play, the Badgers needed their backup to come up big.

And boy, did Matt Schabert come up big.

With just over five minutes remaining in the game, Schabert hit Lee Evans in stride on a deep pass, and the receiver sprinted 79 yards for a touchdown, the eventual game winning score.

The win snapped a 19-game winning streak from the Ohio State Buckeyes.
