#1 Cleveland Browns: Russell Wilson, QB.

This one isn’t complicated.  After repeatedly whiffing on QBs over the last several seasons the Browns finally get the signal caller they need.  In the 2012 NFL Draft the Browns traded up to draft Trent Richardson and then selected Brandon Weeden later in the 1st round.  Wilson famously fell to the 3rd round getting drafted after a punter, a fact that remains one of the more baffling NFL Draft outcomes in history.
