The NCAA has a series of rule changes proposed for the 2017-2018 season

The NCAA men’s basketball rules committee has advanced a list of, on balance, fairly minor rule changes for the next season.  The committee declined to modify the lane, extend the three point line, or moving to quarters like the women’s game.

Instead, the rule changes here essentially nibble around the edges at reform with a small tweaks most of which create little more than a ripple for teams.
