Plaudits for D’Cota Dixon:
Take a few minutes to read about the incredible work ethic and perseverance of Wisconsin S D’Cota Dixon.
Dixon is one of only a handful of athletes nationally to receive the prestigious “Wilma Rudolph Student-Athlete Achievement Award” for 2017. The award is given to athletes who overcome tremendous obstacles in their personal or academic life. He started all 14 games last season and was named a 3rd Team All-Big Ten performer. Dixon will likely play an important role in a Badgers secondary that has to replace key contributors Leo Musso and Sojourn Shelton from the 2016 season.
Wisconsin opens the 2017 season by hosting Utah State on September 1st.
