Who are the key names on defense to know?

Lawless Republic: Obviously, watch out for the aforementioned linebackers Warner and Pau’u.  In addition to them, Khyiris Tonga is a disruptive defensive tackle in the middle of a talented defensive line group.  At 6-foot-4 340 pounds Tonga is a beast inside.  He’s played really good football against LSU and Utah – so he may be the one player who could go toe-to-toe with the talented offensive lineman of the Badgers.

Also watch out for cornerbacks Dayan Ghanwoloku and Troy Warner.  Both are great bump-and-run corners who play really well in man coverage.

Badger of Honor: Wisconsin has scored 59 and 31 points in its first two games.  It sure seems unlikely they’ll reach those heights on Saturday against a tough BYU defense.  The Badgers may have to rely again on ball control and time of possession to wear down the Cougars.  When the schedule came out this game was easily the most difficult non-conference game on tap.  This description of a strong defensive line seems to confirm that.  It will be interesting to see how the young Badger receivers handle the physical BYU defensive backs.
