The Badger basketball season preview is finally here after we introduced the Big Ten and all of the players on the team.

The Wisconsin Badgers played in eight preseason games dating back to August. They have settled on a starting lineup and as far as we know, everyone should be good to go.

Many websites have put out their own Big Ten predictions. The Badgers are anywhere from fifth to eighth. Bucky is very inexperienced, but they are led by an All-American forward.

The talent and history of Wisconsin points at a top-5 finish, but will everyone be ready to step it up?

The Badger basketball season preview will breakdown the schedule. I’m going to dive in and do my best to explain the possibilities of each match up.

Some will be easy. There are some games that it would take a catastrophe like Western Illinois for them to lose. Others can go both ways. Some on the other hand we will have to just admit that there’s no way.

Long gone are the days of extremely weak schedules for Wisconsin. Thanks to a million different preseason tournaments and conference challenges, the Badgers actually have resume builders.

The initial RPI may not always look the best, but once they get into the heart of conference play, things start to take form.

This Badger basketball season preview will be a bit biased. I’ll admit. I know the potential of this team. We just don’t know if the pieces are going to fall together just quite yet. Remember, none of the starters or rotation guys are seniors.

Let’s dive into this Badger basketball season preview with an open mind. We’ll do it together as Badger fans. Very optimistic.
