The schedule for the Wisconsin football team has been known for a while, but we haven’t known what times the games would be.
Now, we know the time of five games the Badgers will play in 2021, including the first three games.
Week 1: Wisconsin vs. Penn St.
The Badgers’ season and home opener will be against a conference foe, the Penn St. Nittany Lions. This game is slated to take place on Saturday, September 4th at 11:00 AM on FOX. This has to be one of the better matchups in week one of the college football season. An 11:00 AM kickoff time seems like a missed opportunity to me.

Week 2: Wisconsin vs. Eastern Michigan
The second game of the Wisconsin football schedule will be at home against Eastern Michigan. This game will be played on September 11, at 6:00 PM. It seems a little odd this would be a night game. I can’t imagine the ratings for a non-conference game for the Badgers would be that great, but a night game is still fun nonetheless.

There's somethin' special about Camp Randall after dark.... pic.twitter.com/aZafHldqaC
Week 4: Wisconsin vs. Notre Dame (at Soldier Field)
This is another surprise to me. This game is going to be a big matchup for both teams, but this is also an 11:00 AM kickoff. This game will be televised on FOX as well as a part of the Big Noon slate of games. The Badgers will face a likely top-10 opponent and a familiar face in Jack Coan at Soldier Field in Chicago when they play the Fighting Irish.
Been waitin' on this one..

Week 6: Wisconsin at Illinois
The last time the Wisconsin football team traveled to Champaign, they left with a shocking loss that effectively ended their hopes for a College Football Playoff appearance in 2019. Last year, they thoroughly dominated the Illini at home 45-7 in the Graham Mertz coming-out party. They will travel to Illinois again on October 9, and take on the Illini at 2:30 PM.
Welp, that was a lot of time announcements... here's the last one for today (we think 🤷♂️) pic.twitter.com/IOwxQdoyNr

Week 9: Wisconsin vs. Iowa (Homecoming)
This could be a huge game. The Badgers and Hawkeyes are the favorites to win the Big Ten West this year. A win against Iowa would be a huge advantage going down the stretch. Kickoff is set for 11:00 AM on October 30.

We are still 100 days away from kickoff, but the announcements of game times make it feel like the Wisconsin football season is just around the corner. We’ll be filling Camp Randall to watch the Badgers again before we know it.
