Wisconsin wide receiver coach Jordan Reid is not messing around and going after some of the top recruits in the nation. He recently was able to secure a visit from 4-star WR Monshun Sales out of Indianapolis, Indiana. Sales came to the first day of spring practice for the Badgers and hung around with coach Jordan Reid as they introduced him to Camp Randall and Wisconsin football.

2027 target Monshun Sales posts about his "super great" visit to Wisconsin football
Sales posted a couple of photos on his X page with the caption, "Had a super great spring practice visit. It felt great to finally get up on campus and spend a great time with [Coach Jordan Reid]." This was Sales' first visit to Wisconsin, and he walked away impressed.
According to 24/7 Sports, Sales has 21 offers from all over the country, with most of the programs being some of the best in the nation. He has already taken three other unofficial visits: to Missouri, Purdue, and Penn State. He is a highly desirable wide receiver in the 2027 class.
He spent the day not only hanging out with coach Jordan Reid but also with newly committed 2026 wide receiver Tayshon Bardo. Bardo committed right before going to Madison for the spring practice, and he worked on securing Sales' commitment. Bardo posted on X that it was his "Crib," with Sales posting something similar, but instead of the exclamations, it was question marks.

This would be a splash pickup for new wide receiver coach Jordan Reid. While Sales doesn't seem to be in a hurry to decide, as he's in the 2027 recruiting class, his name and his game are only going to get hotter with more programs pursuing him. Wisconsin getting a visit this early in his process is good for Luke Fickell and the staff.
