All gas, no breaks!: Luke Fickell is costing Wisconsinites dearly at the pump as well

There is a non-zero chance Luke Fickell either does not pump his own gas, or does not fill up at HyVee... As Wisconsin continues to rub its two cents together, and not rally a wild pack of boosters to buy this poor doofus coach out of his Madison misery, Fickell is doing everything in his power to make sure Wisconsinites will continue to pay a premium at the pump, even if they just fill up regular.

Shout out to Eric the Red on X for keeping it real! Rather than being able to earn 28, 35 or 42 cents off per gallon at the local HyVee, you will get a very Mugatu "NOTHING!" at the pump. Allegedly valid every Monday after each Badgers game, Wisconsin drivers could earn the corresponding amount of cents off each subsequent gallon after a $28, $35 and $42 purchase based of their points scored.

Wisconsin has been shut out the last two games the Badgers have played at home to give us nothing!

To make this even more frustrating for Badgers fans, only once have the Badgers even scored 28 points in a game. That came in the 42-10 victory over the Middle Tennessee Blue Raiders. Wisconsin has not only been shut out in each of the last two games, but has not scored more than 14 points in a game vs. Power Four teams, all losses. Keep in mind they only scored 17 points vs. Miami (OH), too...

As it turns out, Fickell may be the most eco-friendly head coach in all of college football at Wisconsin.

Luke Fickell refuses to let Wisconsinites save just a little bit of money

It has pure comedy at this point, essentially gross satire of a disgusting attempt at a football team. At this point, for as bad as Fickell is at his job, for how feckless Chris McIntosh is at his, and for how blissfully unaware Jennifer Mnookin is to all of this, Wisconsinites should just stop paying taxes all together. When it is all gas and no breaks at the pump, you have to look at this decadence at hand.

This fact this is even being allowed to continue for even another second is deplorable. With their powers combined Fickell and McIntosh are doing irreparable damage to the football program with each passing week. Because Mnookin only cares about books, there is no crashing sense of urgency to fix this. Fickell is the real life David Ershon, except he works for Wisconsin and not Lendl Global...

Rather than trying to rob the NYPD blind of its pension, Fickell and his Wisconsin cronies are costing the good hard-working people in this state their Saturdays, their mental health, and now, any reprieve whatsoever at the filling station. The Milwaukee Brewers getting swept by the Los Angeles Dodgers in the NLCS is more enjoyable than this. At least the Packers are good, and basketball season is near.
