Nigel Hayes-Davis was cut in a ruthless trade deadline deal yesterday by the Milwaukee Bucks, but it may end up sending him to a huge payday. According to EuroHoops.com, he's got three offers from teams in the EuroLeague that would make him the highest-paid player in the league. The NBA may not have worked for Hayes-Davis, but the EuroLeague has been a success for him, and they want him to the tune of millions.

Nigel Hayes-Davis won the 2025 EuroLeague Championship last season with Fenerbahce, and he was the star player for the team. He won the Final Four MVP during that run. He turned that success into an NBA contract with the Phoenix Suns, but couldn't really crack the rotation in the NBA. He averaged less than eight minutes and two points per game. A drastic reduction in his role from the superstar status in Turkey that he had last season.

Now, there are three teams that want him to come back after Hayes-Davis was cut by the Milwaukee Bucks. According to EuroHoops.com, those teams are his former team, Fenerbahce, Panathinaikos, and Hapoel Tel Aviv. All are giving offers to the EuroLeague star in the tune of millions.

The article said that the price point to get Hayes-Davis back would be to make him the highest-paid player in the league. That mark is set at Kendrick Nunn, and his deal is north of $5 million a year. These three teams know this and have offered him higher contracts.

Things are happening fast, but it appears that Hayes-Davis may end up going back overseas and create history once again, this time with a contract, and maybe another run at a championship. Good for the former Badger.
