After de-committing from Purdue and re-opening his recruitment last week, DL Drayden Pavey didn't waste any time committing to Wisconsin.

Pavey, a three-star recruit from Ohio, was a big target for Luke Fickell and the Badgers this summer before he ended up committing to Purdue in July. After his change of heart, Pavey will be the 24th member of the 2025 class and the fourth defensive lineman. Pavey told Greg Smith of Rivals.com his reason for switching was his love for coach Fickell, saying, "I believe in coach Fickell's vision for Wisconsin. I loved him at Cincinnati, and if he was still there, I would've went there. So that's how much I trust in him."

247Sports ranks Pavey as the number 724th player in his class and the 80th ranked defensive lineman. Pavey is a big, interior defensive lineman and should provide help to a group that needs some bolstering.
