One of the most public Wisconsin fans in the nation is Dan Katz, aka Big Cat. He's one of the most prominent personalities on the Barstool brand. He reps Wisconsin and is a proud alum. Katz has also been public all season that Luke Fickell needs to go and there needs to be a change in leadership, he called Chris McIntosh's decision to run it back with Fickell for 2026, "insanity."

In a recent on-air Barstool moment, Dan Katz said that he's "in hell" as a Wisconsin fan, and he doesn't know what he's going to do now. Not that he will change allegiances, that's not even on the table, but his dilemma is, "Rally the troops and be like, 'you know what this is gonna work!' or be one of those guys that just hates on everything."

That about sums up a Wisconsin fan dilemma in a nutshell. You know which one McIntosh is rooting for? The first one, hoping that Katz and other Wisconsin fans will find optimism and see things through his rose-colored glasses. Yet, most are finding negativity and not even turning up to the game anymore.

The new StubHub prices show that tickets are as low as $6 to get in the door. The fans don't get to weigh in publicly except in ticket sales, chants, and social media. Fans are deciding right now whether they want to renew their season tickets or even care about the team at all next year.

Wisconsin, Luke Fickell, and Chris McIntosh could go a long way by beating Washington today. However, Fickell's track record isn't great as a Badger head coach against ranked opponents. The Huskies come in ranked No. 23. Time will tell how fans and even Katz will handle the end of this miserable season.
