The Wisconsin Badgers beat the Washington Huskies by almost 20 points with a final score of 93-70. Typically, as the game winds down, the announcers are subdued, they are talking about other things, and the game action has dwindled. However, at the end of this one, that was not the case. For either team.
Washington fans and the Husky bench were losing their minds as true freshman Brandon Roy Jr. checked in for the first time all season and made a basket. That was in the midst of Braeden Carrington going full video game mode, with a heat check. He was drilling three-pointer after three-pointer, and the FS1 commentator, Carlo Jimmenz, was losing his mind. Listen to his call below:

Carrington was truly on fire; he made 9 three-pointers, which is the highest made in a single game all-time for the Wisconsin Badgers. He finished with a career high of 32 points, and most of those, if you are good at math, came from behind the arc. Jimmenz, who also calls games for the Los Angeles Clippers, was going bonkers in the booth.
Here's some of his calls:
"This is pretty fun though!"
"Carrington...OH YEAH!"
"Heat check! He's on FIRE! This is fun!"
"Carrington can't miss!"
You need to watch it to really get the full effect, but it was electric, and yet the game was already over. It's fun to be on the winning team of that equation, but Carrington was unconscious.
For Wisconsin, it was an important bounce-back win after falling earlier in the week to Oregon in a late-night game. The Badgers, with the win, were able to secure a double-bye (at least) in the Big Ten Tournament.
