Game Predictions for Wisconsin at Nebraska
Wisconsin (5-5) heads down to face Nebraska (5-5) today in what could be considered a must-win game. A three-game losing streak and the firing of offensive coordinator Phil Longo have the Badgers in a bit of a rut, and with just two games remaining, their chances of becoming bowl eligible for the 23rd straight season are dwindling. So how do we see the game going today?
Cameron (9-1) | Andrew (8-2) | Ericka (9-1) | Trevor (10-0) | Braulio (1-1) |

23-20 Wisconsin | 14-13 Wisconsin | 24-21 Wisconsin | 19-10 Wisconsin | 24-21 Wisconsin |
The Badgers have won the last ten against the Cornhuskers and we all see that streak extending to 11. Despite some questions on the offensive side of the ball, like oh I don't know, --WHO IS CALLING PLAYS?-- defense travels, and Wisconsin's has been playing well. They only gave up 16 points to No.1 Oregon last week, and Nebraska is stuck in a four-game losing streak. So as long as the offense doesn't drop a total goose egg, there's a strong chance the Badger D can power the team to victory.
Braedyn Locks needs to put his turnover bug behind him in this one, and maybe the new mysterious direction on offense will help. He's thrown a pick in every start this year, but despite his struggles, head coach Luke Fickell said they won't make a change at quarterback. Regardless, based on history, this game will be close to the very end.
To become bowl eligible (and save some jobs), Wisconsin must reach six wins on the season. A loss at Nebraska means the final game against Minnesota is their last chance. The season hasn't gone to plan in many ways, but winning these last two games would give the team some good momentum heading into a promising 2025.
