Quarterback: B

Braedyn Locke was solid on the day, throwing for one touchdown and one interception, while adding another score with his legs. He wasn't asked to handle to load on offense, but he still had a throw of 47 yards. Hopefully as the season progresses he keeps getting more and more comfortable.

Running Back: A+

It was hard to find any faults in Tawee Walker's performance against Rutgers as the back scored three times. Since he became the Badgers' full time starter, he's run for nearly 300 yards and scored six touchdown's in just two games.

Tight End: B-

The tight end group combined for five catches for 29 yards on the day. It's not the most impressive stat line, but they are rarely asked to carry the offense.

Wide Receiver: B

The wide receivers had an overall positive day. Vinny Anthony once again showed his explosiveness and ability to stretch the field, something the Badger offense has been deperately needing. Trech Kekahuna was again more involved, snagging four catches, and hopefully that continues.

Offensive Line: A

The offensive line powered the Badger rushing attack to 311 yards against Rutgers and only allowed one sack. This group is one of the strongest lines that Wisconsin has had in years.

Defensive Line: A-

The defensive line had a tall task coming into the game needing to contain the nation's fifth-leading rusher. They did just that, as running back Kyle Monangai was held to just 72 yards on 3.8 yards per carry.

Linebackers: B

The linebacking group was solid against the run, but didn't generate any sacks on 32 Rutgers drop-backs. Getting pressure on the quarterback has been a problem all season and it continued in this game despite an overall dominant defensive performance.

Secondary: A

Safety Preston Zachman had a career day with 10 tackles, 1.5 for loss, and an interception. He's been a pleasant surprise on defense for the Badgers and is forming a deadly duo with Hunter Wohler. The secondary as a whole only allowed 103 passing yards with a 37.5 completion percentage.
