Wisconsin was able to go into New Jersey and get a big win on the road against Rutgers, and now they turn to their next Big 10 foe, the Minnesota Golden Gophers. It wasn't as impressive as the huge win against Iowa but it was a Big-10 road win nonetheless. That brings Wisconsin to 2-2 in the conference standings and they are looking to get over .500 with a win over Minnesota. The game is coming this Friday and it's going to be a streaming-only game, bummer.
How can I watch the game?
Who: Minnesota Golden Gophers
When: 6:00 pm CT on Friday, January 10th
Where: Kohl Center, Madison, Wisconsin
TV: Peacock
There's some bad news about this game: it is one of those pesky games on Peacock only. There's literally no other way to watch it. This means that if you don't have a Peacock account, you will be unable to watch it unless you find a nice little Sports bar that can stream it. I guess since it's a home game, you could always go watch it live at the Kohl Center. However, if you can't do that or are outside the area, how can you get it?
You will need a subscription to Peacock and then a way to stream it. Peacock has a phone, TV, and tablet app, which means that if you have a Peacock subscription, you can just watch it on one of those apps. Log in and search for the game. If you don't have a Peacock subscription, you are out of luck; maybe go to a friend's house to watch? Or get the subscription and cancel it after the season? This is probably the best option, as there are five other Peacock-only games during the rest of the season. More bad news is coming, and it will be as soon as next week against Ohio State.
