The Badgers stole one away from Minnesota this week after facing a double-digit deficit, coming away with a 67-63 victory. Now winners of six of their last seven, Wisconsin will look to keep their momentum going against the Buckeyes.
Meanwhile, despite coming in at just 6-4 in Big Ten play, three of those losses for the Buckeyes have come against ranked opponents. In fact, the Buckeyes check in higher in the NET rankings than the Badgers at No. 37 compared to Wisconsin's No. 43 spot. Wisconsin opens as slight 3.5 point favorites, but this game could very well come down to the wire.
Here's how to catch all the action.
How to watch Wisconsin vs. Ohio State
Who: Ohio State Buckeyes
When: 1 p.m. CT on Saturday, January 31, 2026
Where: Kohl Center, Madison, Wisconsin
TV: Fox
Streaming: Fox Sports/ Fubo
This will be the first of two matchups between the squads this season, with the second game at Ohio State on February 17. Both are currently tournament bubble teams, so while this game isn't a 'must-win' for either program, there's certainly a lot at stake here. ESPN has Ohio State as am 11-seed and Wisconsin as a 10-seed.
For the Badgers, they'll rely on guards Nick Boyd and John Blackwell, who are one of two backcourts in the Big Ten with each player averaging at least 15 points per game. The other backcourt who eclipses those numbers, is none other than Ohio State, who has guards Bruce Thornton and John Mobley Jr. averaging 19.6 and 16.1 points respectively.
This game will also be the annual Coaches vs. Cancer Suits and Sneakers initiative where Badgers coaches will wear custom shoes created by patients from the American Family Children’s Hospital in Madison. So if not for the basketball, tune in to see head coach Greg Gard's style on the bench.
