The Indiana Hoosiers released their non-conference schedule with game times today, and fans swarmed like moths to a flame to absolutely roast the Hoosiers. It's an incredible display of "WHO?" when you see the teams they plan to play in their non-conference schedule, and fans are calling Indiana weak, soft, scared, and all sorts of other things.
This is a stark difference to what Wisconsin will face in their 2025 campaign.

The social media post was ratio(ed) on X, which basically means more people are engaging with it in a negative way than a positive way. The entire Big Ten seems to be chiming in about how embarrassing this schedule is. Now, to test how bad this schedule actually is, look at those logos above. Without looking up the teams, who are all three of those teams? Did you get one right? Two? There's no way you got all three without Google.
The teams are Old Dominion, Kennesaw State, and Indiana State. It's okay if you still said, "Who?!"
Indiana may have the easiest Big Ten schedule and fans are letting them hear it
It's a way to ensure that you can go 3-0 in your non-conference. Even their Big Ten schedule is less than impressive. They don't have to see Ohio State or Michigan and they can see Illinois at home. While the Big Ten is full of pitfalls, Indiana did it's best to be sitting at 5-0 going into the Oregon game in Eugene.
This contrasts Wisconsin's slate, which has to play an absolute juggernaut of a schedule with Alabama in the non-conference and even a bowl-winning FBS team in Miami (Ohio). They also have the hardest Big Ten schedule in the conference. So, it's hard for Wisconsin fans who are already coming off a down year to be wedged into a really tough 2025 football season and watch teams like Indiana roll out the most cupcake-of-cupcake lineup of games.
