Luke Fickell left one very obvious team off his final Top-25 coaches ballot

Luke Fickell's final Coaches Poll ballot was one of the least consistent across the board of all the coaches polled. It received a score of 2.16 variation away from the rest of the coaches. The one that had the ballot that was the most off compared to his colleagues was Indiana's Curt Cignetti at 3.24 so maybe it's good to be a little wacky.

However, Luke Fickell had one oversight that was a hilarious miss. One that makes you wonder if there is some secret beef behind the scenes, or if he clearly just missed a very obvious team. Fickell's ballot didn't include the Georgia Bulldogs. At all.

The Bulldogs finished as the No. 6 team in the nation in the AP Top 25 and were a College Football Playoff team. To Fickell, they aren't even a Top 25 team. Whoops.

Fickell like practically everyone had Indiana No. 1 and Miami No. 2. He then went with his heart and chose Ohio State as No. 3 with Ole Miss finishing at No. 4. The final list goes in this order: Oregon, Texas Tech, Texas A&M, Alabama, Oklahoma, Notre Dame, BYU, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Michigan, USC, Georgia Tech, Houston, Iowa, Tennessee, Navy, Arizona, North Texas, Washington and Illinois.

It's really not a terrible Top 25 minus the very big oversight by excluding Georgia. Sure, you could argue with some other placements of teams and how it's laid out, but the biggest miss was forgetting the Bulldogs.

As Wisconsin fans, you hope the omission is because he is focused on other things and not on which teams should be ranked where. He's more concerned with rebuilding his roster and his new favorite catchphrase, "closing the gap."
