The Wisconsin women's hockey program has earned the No. 1 overall seed in the NCAA Women's Hockey Frozen Four Tournament. After suffering only one loss all season and steamrolling through the WCHA championship, there was really no doresults of the first-round game betweenubt about their seeding. Now, they wait for the resutls of the first round game of Clarkson University and Boston University. The winner of that game will play Wisconsin for a chance to advance to the Frozen Four.
The Teams for the NCAA Women's Hockey Championship Bracket
There are eleven total teams that will face off in the bracket for a chance to play in the Frozen Four and eventually the National Championship game.
#1 - Wisconsin
#2 - Ohio State
#3 - Cornell
#4 - Minnesota
#5 - Colgate
The above teams are all getting a bye through the first-round.

The above teams will all face off in the first round for the chance to take on the top-5 seeded teams.
Clarkson and Boston will play to face Wisconsin.
Penn State and St. Lawrence will play to face Ohio State.
Minnesota Duluth and Sacred Heart will play to face Cornell
The #4 and #5 teams (Minnesota and Colgate) are already set to play each other in the second round.

Locations for the Women's NCAA Hockey Tournament
Madison, Wisconsin - LaBahn Arena -- Will host the first and second round games for Clarkson vs. Boston and then the winner of that game versus Wisconsin.
Minneapolis, Minnesota - Ridder Arena -- Will host the second round game for Minnesota vs. Colgate.
Ithaca, New York - Lynah Rink -- Will host the first and second round games for Minnestota-Duluth vs. Sacred Heart and then the winner of that game versus Cornell.
Columbus, Ohio - Ohio State Ice Rink -- Will host the first and second round games for Penn State vs. St. Lawrence and then the winner of that game versus Ohio State.
The Frozen Four will take place in Minneapolis, Minnesota
