NY Giants lineman takes absurd shot at Wisconsin legend T.J. Watt after MNF loss

This is ridiculous.

One of the greatest to ever put on the pads in Madison. We're of course talking about former pass-rusher and Wisconsin Badgers legend T.J. Watt. Now that he's suiting up for the Pittsburgh Steelers, Watt has been on fire and he's once again in the Defensive Player of the Year conversation.

Don't tell that to New York Giants right tackle Jermaine Eluemunor. The veteran tackle was lined up against Watt for Monday Night Football and come on, Watt dominated. However, Eluemunor sees things a bit differently. Per the Giants lineman, Watt didn't really have that good of a game.

Excuse me? Watt finished the meeting with seven tackles, two sacks, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery. His sack and forced fumble of Daniel Jones potentially saved the win for the Steelers, as New York was driving. Sorry, but Watt was a beast and Eluemunor calling him out is a bad look:

T.J. Watt continues to look like one of the best players in the NFL

"I'm not going to sit here and freaking hype him up when you can go watch the tape and see what he did all night. He didn't do anything for 3.5 quarters and he had one impact play."

While we can admire Eluemunor's passion for the game, he's a bit out of line here. Yes, maybe Watt wasn't looking like his usual self, but it's not how you start, but how you finish. With the game on the line, the superstar pass-rusher took Eluemunor to school and made the Giants pay.

Wisconsin fans follow Watt closely, as he still has a ton of love for the Badgers. Whenever he makes a head-turning play, there are countless people in Madison who celebrate in style. Such was the case on Monday night, with Watt's forced fumble being amazing to see. Eluemunor hated that it happened, but we sure didn't.
