Lee Evans was drafted by the Buffalo Bills in the 2004 NFL Draft. He played seven seasons with the Bills before he left and played one season with the Baltimore Ravens in what would end up being his final season.

Evans had a solid career with two seasons of over 1,000 receiving yards. His rookie season was impressive as Evans recorded 843 yards on 48 receptions and nine touchdowns. He scored the most touchdowns in a season his rookie year.

Evans's 2006 and 2008 seasons were his best as he recorded 1,292 yards and eight touchdowns in 2006 and 1, 017 yards and three touchdowns in 2008. After seven years in Buffalo, Evans took his talents to Baltimore, but he wasn't able to get much traction with the Ravens.

Evans retired after the 2011 season, Evans moved from team to team for a year but never played in another NFL game, Evans chose to announce his retirement in 2012 after getting cut from the Jacksonville Jaguars.
