Badger Football Shakes Up Recruiting Department
According to a report from Matt Zenitz of 247Sports, the Badgers are hiring Alabama's Brandon Rose as their new Assistant Director of Player Personnel.
Wisconsin is expected to hire Alabama recruiting specialist Brandon Rose as an assistant director of player personnel, sources tell @247sports/@CBSSports.

This move also means that current Director of Player Personnel Max Stienecker will be promoted to the General Manager position for the team. Wisconsin will also promote Personnel Assistant Izayah Green-May to another Assistant Director of Player Personnel role and Personnel Assistant Jared Thompson to College Scouting Coordinator.
Brandon Rose has worked at Alabama since 2021 and helped to achieve several top five classes under former coach Nick Saben. Steinecker will now be the youngest GM in the Power Four at just 24 years old.
The revamped recruiting department will hopefully help the Badgers to bring in more top end talent, something that has eluded them for the most part. The 2025 class will feature several four-star recruits, but still not enough for the magic championship formula.
