Badgers Secure Commitment from In-State Center Will Garlock

The Wisconsin Badgers have landed their second commitment of 2025 in three-star prospect Will Garlock. Incoming freshman Daniel Frietag reacted well to the news.

Garlock now joins fellow in-state prospect Zach Kinziger as the two commits so far for the Badgers' 2025 class. The Middleton, Wisconsin product chose the Badgers over offers from Marquette, Iowa and others.

The 6'10" center will have plenty of opportunities to contribute early as Steven Crowl's eligibility ends. The only other centers on the roster are Nolan Winter and Chris Hodges. Unless the team adds through the portal, Garlock will have a clear path to some decent playing time as a true freshman.

Wisconsin is off to a hot start for 2025 and now rank as the number five overall class for the time being. Kinziger and Garlock rank as the number 126 and 185 overall prospects respectively.
