. . . 483. Big Ten power rankings. . . . . 7

Iowa lost one big player to the NFL draft and that was cornerback Cooper DeJean, other than that, the Hawkeyes are bringing back a good portion of their squad that took them to the Big Ten title game last season.

In the spring window, the Hawkeyes brought in one player, offensive lineman Cade Borud who brings depth to the line that does not have a lot. More work could have been done in the spring window, but the Hawkeyes had Kadyn Proctor commit to them only for him to return to Alabama in the spring window.

Losing just 12 guys in the portal altogether is not bad and will allow the Hawkeyes to make another run at a conference title.
