The spring transfer portal window is officially closed, so where do the Badgers stand in the Big Ten?

James Franklin will continue to make Penn State a solid and competitive team as long as he chooses to stay in Happy Valley. However, Franklin is not a coach that tends to be very active in the transfer portal.
Franklin however did bring in six guys by the end of January, but they did almost nothing in the month of April.
While there might be concerns here and there for this team, looking at it as a whole, there is not a lot of concern that the team will perform per usual. It seems like the Nittany Lions might take a bit of a step forward though with other teams taking a small step back.
