The spring transfer portal window is officially closed, so where do the Badgers stand in the Big Ten?

Illinois lost its fair share of guys in the portal, but they weren't able to bring anyone in during the spring window. They lost 10 players during the month of April which is tough, but that leaves openings for younger player to step up and show what they have.
With the starting group having more experience, they could see some improvement, but they probably won't be competing for any titles in 2024.
