Maryland was completely silent in the spring window not losing any players, but also not bringing anyone in. While it is good not to lose anyone, that would have been the perfect opportunity for the Terrapins to seize and bring in guys to build up the roster.

However, the Terrapins are going to have a big change in 2024 with the loss of their quarterback Taulia Tagovailoa due to no eligibility left. Maryland could take a step forward, but it is also possible to see them repeat an 8-5 season or worse.
