After several strong years at running back in Madison, the New York Jets selected Braelon Allen with the 134th pick in the 2024 NFL Draft.

At just 20 years old, Allen will join a Jets backfield highlighted by Breece Hall. With a healthy Aaron Rodgers, the Jets will hope to rebound from a rather disappointing season. Allen will help with that effort, presumably in short yardage situations.
Allen finished his career at Wisconsin with 3494 yards and 35 touchdowns and will now join Jonathan Taylor, Melvin Gordon, Dare Ogunbowale and Corey Clement as Badger running backs in the NFL.
