2015-2021. Joe Rudolph. player. 493. . 1. Wisconsin OC. . . Joe Rudolph

Joe Rudolph spent seven seasons at Wisconsin as the offensive coordinator. He took a couple of seasons to get his feet under him, but Rudolph by far is the best coordinator at Wisconsin in the last decade.

After two seasons, Ludwig's offenses averaged over 400 total yards per game for three straight seasons. The offense took a dip in 2020, but a lot of offenses in college football did due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Rudolph coached Gordona and another star running back in his time at Wisconsin. Johnathon Taylor also played for the Badgers during Rudolph's time at Wisconsin, which is why his run game was also a top run game in college football.

With Luke Fickell coming in, it was no surprise that he wanted to bring in his own coaching staff which meant replacing Rudolph with Phil Longo. Rudolph had a great seven seasons at Wisconsin and it is no competition that he was the best offensive coordinator in the last decade.
