Top 100 Prospect and Badger Target to Announce Decision This Week

Ryder Frost, a wing from New Hampshire and the 97th ranked prospect in the country, will be announcing his commitment on September 27th live on 247Sports. His finalists include Wisconsin, Michigan, Iowa, Syracuse, Notre Dame and Virginia Tech.

Frost is a four-star prospect and a top 100 recruit, and someone the Badgers have had their eyes one for some time. He most recently took an official visit to Madison on September 14th. After missing out on other top targets like Davion Hannah and Tommy Ahneman, he likely becomes the Badgers top priority. Frost would be the highest ranked prospect of the Badgers' 2025 class so far if he ends up committing to Wisconsin on Friday.

Frost broke down his recruitment with 247Sports in August and had this to say about the Badgers.

"Coach Gard has been hitting me [up] since the spring. A few of their assistants were able to come to see me when we played in Chicago. It's a great system and he is a proven winner. It's impressive how they do things. I'm excited to get out there."

The 6-6 wing is a terrific three-point shooter, hitting over 45%, and would provide some valuable spot up shooting for the Badgers. Their current 2025 class includes Zach Kinziger of DePere and Will Garlock of Middleton.
