Dylan Raiola is set to be the only true freshman starter in the Big Ten in 2024. The only action fans have seen is what he did in the spring game which was throw for 239 yards and two touchdowns. Raiola did a lot of things that looked good including learning to tuck the ball and run when he felt pressure coming on.

However, he needs to make sure he doesn't run too soon and go through all of his progressions because something else might be there. There are always risks in starting a true freshman quarterback out of high school, but Matt Rhule must feel he has something on his hands.
