Will Howard comes from a strong Kansas State offense, but one he had to compete for the starting position week in and week out with Avery Johnson chomping at his heels. Howard is coming off 24 touchdowns to a 10-interception season with 2,643 passing yards and a 59.9 completion percentage.

Howard will join a Buckeye offense with weapons all around him to the point that he just might be the weakest link, but he is a strong weak link. Howard's ability to run the ball with nine scores in 2023, will bring a new dimension to the Ohio State offense that they did not have with Kyle McCord.
