Way-too-early Big Ten quarterback rankings: Can Tyler Van Dyke elevate the Badgers?

Wisconsin has a new guy under center this year, can he be what the Badgers were missing?

UCLA seemed to have a good future with Chip Kelly and Dante Moore leading the offense. Instead, Kelly is not the offensive coordinator for Ohio State and Moore is at Oregon sitting behind Heisman favorite Dillon Gabriel. So where does that leave the Bruins? Well they are left with Ethan Garbers who started just six games in 2023.

The good news is that even with a new head coach in DeShaun Foster, the Bruins also added ex-NFL offensive coordinator Eric Bienemy, who is well known for helping develop star NFL quarterback Patrick Mahomes. Garbers showed signs of great play with 1,136 yards and 11 touchdowns with only three interceptions and a 67.1 completion percentage. With the move to the Big Ten, Garbers will face some tougher teams, but after a solid outing at the LA Bowl, he just might have the confidence to do it.
