I bet you didn't know that the recruiters recruiting the recruits also get ranked and graded. Well they do, and Wisconsin football's coaching staff is crushing the competition.

According to 247 Sports' Recruiter Rankings for the class of 2025, Wisconsin coaches make up three of the top 50 spots, tied for first in the Big Ten along with Ohio State. Cornerbacks coach Paul Haynes (30th), Defensive Coordinator Mike Tressel (32nd), and Offensive Line guru A.J. Blazek (45th) have been doing serious work for the 2025 class and it shows.

Haynes has recruited three players thus far for 2025 in Jamier Scott, Remmington Moss and Rukeem Stroud. Besides his incredible development of Ricardo Hallman, Haynes has proven to be an incredible asset for the Badgers as he enters his second season.

Defensive Coordinator Mike Tressel is credited with recruiting linebacker Brenden Anes, linebacker Cooper Catalano and safety Luke Emmerich.

Offensive Line coach/hype man A.J. Blazek has recruited Cam Clark, Michael Roeske and Wisconsin's newest commit and also its highest rated, Logan Powell. Coach Blazek is bringing the energy and already making a huge impact before he's even coached a game for the Badgers.

With the 16th overall class so far of 2025, Wisconsin's coaches are getting it done. There's still a lot to come this summer and that ranking could climb even higher, especially with three of the best in the business working the phones.
