Wisconsin Badgers fans are ripping Braedyn Locke for another terrible INT vs. Iowa

These mistakes can't keep happening.

Unfortunately for Wisconsin Badgers fans, they're getting far too used to seeing Braedyn Locke toss a costly interception. In the loss last week to Penn State, a Locke pick-six was infuriating to see and it gave the Nittany Lions all the momentum they needed to leave Madison with a victory.

Against Iowa, the Buckeyes are underdogs with The Heartland Trophy on the line. Locke needs to be at his best, but he's already up to his old tricks. In the first quarter, after an Iowa missed field goal, the Badgers were set up with wonderful field position.

However, that stellar field position went to waste. That's because Locke zoned in on his wideout, let the ball rip, but an Iowa defensive back was all over it. Just like that, Iowa got the ball back and Locke made his way to the sidelines quite angry at himself. This can't keep happening, as it led to an Iowa touchdown.

Braedyn Locke has now thrown an INT in six straight Wisconsin games

Locke now has seven interceptions on the season. Even worse, he has tossed a pick in six consecutive games. With the way the Wisconsin defense has been playing, it's brutal that Locke can't get into a groove throwing the ball.

On the opening Wisconsin drive, he tossed a couple of darts, but he also missed a toss on a key third down, which led to a field goal. He was hoping to make something happen following the Iowa missed FG, but his deep shot down the field backfired on him.

A quick look on social media shows that Badgers fans have just about had it with Locke running the offense. Tyler Van Dike is out for the season with a torn ACL, so Luke Fickell is going to have to stick with Locke, for now. However, these back-breaking interceptions are getting old. There are no more excuses for this kid.
