The Wisconsin Badgers have one of the most electric offenses in the country and can really turn on the juice when they need to score. The FS1 announcers even said toward the end of the Wisconsin vs. Iowa game, "The only way Iowa was going to win was if they played good defense, they won't be able to keep up with the offense." That's the reputation that Wisconsin has this season.
Iowa was not able to do what they do to teams and limit the scoring. Wisconsin did something to Iowa that no other team has done all year: score more than 80 points. This is quite the feat considering who Iowa has played.

Iowa has only allowed one team to surpass 80 points on them and that was Wisconsin

Iowa hasn't exactly had an easy schedule; they've lost to Iowa State, Michigan State, Minnesota, Illinois, Purdue (2x), and Maryland. They've also beaten Nebraska, USC, and Indiana. None of those teams has scored 80+ on them.
Iowa State only scored 66, Michigan State only 71, Nebraska 52, and even Purdue, in their two games against Iowa, only scored 79 and 78, respectively. That puts Wisconsin in a category all on its own, 80+ scored against Iowa's prolific defense.
Wisconsin finished with 84 points in a cruise-control victory at the end of the game. There could have been more if Iowa had been able to keep pace in the scoring department. It was led by Nick Boyd's 27 points. Nolan Winter had 18, and Austin Rapp had 14.
The Badgers didn't seem to have a problem at all with Iowa's defense. Boyd just created too many problems both in his scoring and in his assists. He had 10 of those to go with his 27 points. Wisconsin found its rhythm after the first few minutes and then never took its foot off the gas.
