The NFL Draft is now less than a week away, and while the Wisconsin Badgers are not overly represented in terms of high draft picks, they are well-represented in a different category. Wisconsin fans will have the opportunity to hear many of their former and active players announce team picks. There are 13 former/active Badgers that will be on the mic at the NFL Draft. The ratio to other colleges represented is pretty insane. Look at the field:

The Wisconsin Badgers will have 13 former/active players announcing NFL Draft Picks
Wisconsin holds 13 representatives at the microphone, which is so much more than any other college; it's not even close. USC comes in behind them with a measly three former or active players announcing picks. There are a few colleges with two, but for whatever reason, Wisconsin is standing out on one of the biggest stages.
Here is a list of all the pick announcers for Wisconsin:
Lee Evans (Buffalo Bills)
Tim Krumrie (Cincinnati Bengals)
Joe Thomas (Cleveland Browns)
Travis Frederick (Dallas Cowboys)
Montee Ball (Denver Broncos)
Owen Daniels (Houston Texans)
Jonathan Taylor (Indianapolis Colts)
Melvin Gordon (LA Chargers)
Alec Ingold (Miaami Dolphins)
Stu Voigt (Minnesota Vikings)
Ryan Ramczyk (New Orleans Saints)
Beau Allen (Philadelphia Eagles)
While there should be a few Badgers that go in the NFL Draft this season, the place that you will find the most Badgers is at the podium announcing the picks. To some fans, this may even indicate the state of the program, or it can be spun in a way that allows you to simply enjoy the influx of Badgers at the NFL Draft. It's a good day to be a Wisconsin Badger.
The NFL Draft will take place from April 24 to 26 and can be watched on ABC, ESPN, and the NFL Network. The first round will take place on Thursday night, with rounds two and three on Friday. The Draft will conclude on Saturday with rounds four through seven.
