This means that the final score is supposed to be essentially 37-8.5, considering the 28.5-point favorite towards Wisconsin. This isn't a real score, so in reality, with the over, it will be 37-9.
To hit that exact number for Wisconsin, it would be four touchdowns and three field goals. On the other side, Middle Tennessee would then get three field goals. This would be quite a feat for them if their last week was any indication.
