The Wisconsin Badgers will be one of the most active teams in the portal this season. There will be a lot leaving and even more coming. Luke Fickell had 31 players graduate this year, and so the portal was going to be a huge source of rebuilding regardless, but with the season going poorly, there will be players leaving for winning programs, and some coming to help improve this roster to make it a winning program.
This list won't show the 31 players that graduated. You can read that here. This will purely be players leaving and coming in the portal, with some of the hottest speculation out there. Also, the list below will only be scholarship players.

Players coming to the Wisconsin Badgers
The portal doesn't open until January 2, so there will be no players to add to this until after that date. Players can't even officially jump into the portal until this day, either, but they start to declare their intentions and let their agents start to work deals with schools.
Players that have been linked to the Wisconsin Badgers
Not much noise on this front right now, as it's very early and not every team has finished the season yet. Wisconsin is linked to QB Kenny Minchey by On3.com. You can read all about that here.
They've also offered a D2 wide receiver, defensive back, and are linked to West Florida quarterback Marcus Stokes.
This entire list will continue to be updated and expanded as the portal develops. Check back in and clear your cookies to see the latest updates, and if you missed anything. It's going to be very active, and it will quickly become hard to keep track of every player and name.
